University Hospital of Bellvitge hosted on October 18th and 19th , the Fourth Symposium of the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC) on Bioengineering and Nanomedicine. This year has also included a workshop on nanomedicine for healthy aging, organized by the Health Campus  of  the University of Barcelona (HUBc) and Biopol’H.

The Hub hosts the Fourth Symposium of the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC) on Bioengineering and Nanotechnology

The opening ceremony was attended by the Rector of the UB, Dídac Ramirez, the Secretary of Universities and Research of the Generalitat of Catalonia  Antoni Castells, the Vice President for Research of UPC  Ana Isabel Perez Neira, the general director of Biocat Montserrat Vendrell, and the director of IBEC Joseph A. Planell.
